We can learn from the seasons that God has
created and apply the principles from them into our lives. We as Christians can
refer to spring as a time of regeneration, rejuvenation, revival,
revitalization, restoration and resurrection.
In winter, on the surface what we see tells us
that nothing is active in the ground, in fact the winter months is sometimes
referred to as the months of dormancy. We know that even though during the
winter months, everything appears to be dead and inactive. However those who do
a lot of gardening know that everything may appear inactive on the surface, but
there is lots taking place beneath the soil. You as a mother, wife, daughter,
or sister may be in the winter months right now, you may not appear hopeful
during this period due to the fact that nothing appears to be alive, or you
have not seen the manifestation of God’s promise in your life or the lives of
your loved ones.
I like to encourage you today that this is the time when you must look forward to spring. Look forward to hope, because spring brings hope with it. It is a time when you begin to see a sign of life, a time when you can experience revival, regeneration, rejuvenation, revitalization, restoration and resurrection. There is no better time to experience this than now and this month when we as Christian celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I believe it is no coincidence that His resurrection is celebrated during the season of spring. Dear one spring is here; I encourage you to embrace all that it brings with it.

Ladies I want to encourage you to use this
period to allow God to revive, rejuvenation, revitalization, restore and
resurrect you. Leave behind you the things that have brought you down in the
past, the things that have tainted your hope and faith and allow the
resurrection power of God to do in you what was done in Christ.
As you prepare for resurrection Sunday, start
now by writing the things and the areas of your life, family, marriage,
children career and ministry that you are believing to be resurrected and take
them to Him. I believe when you do this in faith you will truly experience the
resurrection power of God and you will never be the same again. And guess what?
You will be able to help others to experience spring always; because when they
see that you are always refreshed, uplifting, inspiring and excited about life
they will want to have what you have. And that is how you let the light of
Christ in you shine and how you allow the resurrection power of God in you work
to resurrect others.
My prayer for you is to always experience the
season of rebirth, renewal, regrowth, refreshing, revival, regeneration,
rejuvenation, revitalization, restoration and resurrection.
